- ➤ Dow Constantine, King County Executive (in his 16th year) and long-time Sound Transit Board member, is expected to be named the agency's new CEO at a full board meeting on March 27th. If chosen, he will resign as county executive and receive an annual salary (up to $675,000) in the new role. Auburn Reporter
