- ➤ Auburn will host its annual 4th of July Festival at Les Gove Park on Friday, July 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.—featuring live performances by acts like Matt Baker and Wally & The Beaves, artisan vendors, a car show, and free access to the White River Valley Museum. Organizers say a $10 wristband will offer unlimited ride access as the event receives support from local businesses and community partners. Auburn Examiner
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ A project will repave a three-mile stretch of eastbound SR 18 in Auburn starting July 7 after the Fourth of July holiday, as crews with WSDOT will repair pavement, replace bridge expansion joints, and work on ramp repairs. The work will occur on weeknights and select weekends — traffic will be directed along signed detours. Auburn Reporter
