ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Two people died in a two-car collision near 13604 SE Auburn-Black Diamond Road when one car caught fire at about 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 13—investigators from King County Sheriff's Office continue their work to determine the cause of death.  Auburn Reporter

CRIME NEWS

  • On Aug. 6, detectives are searching for witnesses after a black or silver Honda fired one round at a silver Toyota Corolla on westbound SR 18 — the driver was uninjured and troopers confirmed the incident.  Auburn Reporter

LIFESTYLE NEWS

  • A family-friendly festival called Jump Up Summer Fest will be held on Saturday, Aug. 23 from 2 to 8 p.m. in the Outlet Collection Mall parking lot near Red Robin in Auburn — hosted by EMF Party Rentals, the event will feature free hot dogs, a free photo booth, bounce houses, face painting, food trucks, craft vendors and more.  Auburn Examiner
