- ➤ The Auburn Valley Humane Society recovered 103 dogs from a duplex, including many chiweenies, after a community member reported trouble caring for just five dogs—many of the dogs will be available for adoption once they are medically cleared. Local animal organizations have taken in some of the dogs while AVHS completes vital health treatments and socialization strategies. Auburn Reporter
